What happens to information you enter?

The calculator runs here, while consultation inquiries use the Law Office of Anita M. Kelley's contact form. Please don't send confidential records through an online inquiry.

Calculator entries

Calculations run in your browser. The calculator does not store your financial entries or send them with a consultation inquiry. A consultation link opens the firm's Chapter 7 form; it does not include your amounts or screening result. It can carry a fixed ID for the 505 Bankruptcy page you came from, which the firm uses to identify the source page of an inquiry.

Consultation inquiries

The contact page links to the firm's contact form at AnitaKelleyLaw.com, where the firm handles new inquiries. The 505 Bankruptcy contact page no longer collects new inquiries; use the firm form linked there. Earlier inquiries submitted here remain in historical Netlify Forms records and are not moved or replayed by this change.

The office uses your contact details and general question to respond to the inquiry. Do not include Social Security numbers, account numbers, documents, or confidential case details. Sending an inquiry does not create an attorney-client relationship.

Hosting and the optional map

Netlify hosts this site and may process technical request data. Google Maps loads when you open the map panel on the contact page. That sends a request to Google. You can leave the panel closed and use the written address instead.

This site counts page loads without a same-site referrer as arrivals. It also counts views of visible contact links, contact-link clicks, and phone or text-link clicks using a first-party endpoint at AnitaKelleyLaw.com. On arrival, the script reads the referring site or an exact, recognized campaign source tag in your browser. It sends only a fixed source category, whether the source came from a referrer or a tag, the English or Spanish page version, and a broad page category. A missing source is counted as direct or unknown; some apps do not provide a referrer. The measurement body does not include a full URL, referral address, query string, search term, form answer, calculator amount, or contact information. When the browser supplies a same-site referrer, internal navigation is not counted as another arrival. Arrival counts are not unique people or proof of an inquiry. The endpoint keeps daily aggregate counts for 90 days; an expiring, keyed IP hash is used separately to limit automated requests. The script does not run when Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track is enabled. Hosting and security logs are separate from these counts. The site does not use advertising pixels.
